Great way to start off 2019. The only snow/ice was on the last bit of fire road off of Master Link. Trail was in good condition with just a few puddles.

Relative to other Evergreen-supported trails, not many people ride Moss Lake. But it’s a great area with a small, dedicated group of unsanctioned folks who work hard to quietly maintain the trails (most notably is the infamous trail gnome, Bev). I ri...

I ride this trail frequently. The snow starts at the makeshift campground clearing and was about a 1/4 inch. The lower half is clear and is main reason why most people ride it.  Cheers! and Merry Christmas!!!

Multiple trees down across trails in Big Finn Hill Park after the windstorm on Friday. Trees and branches are blocking trails east and west of Juanita Drive. Smaller branches were moveable with 1-2 people. Larger branches and trees will need a chains...

Took a friend to the skills park today and had a good time showing him the area. We toured the trails and then out to the Whitehorse and back. Trails had about an inch of frost but the traction otherwise was solid. I took my buddy up to the summit ga...

Started at the Cedar Falls trailhead and took a side trail to get to the iron horse for the 2 mile intro. I did Olallie about a year ago and my command post failed so I could not get all the way to the top comfortably. This time was different. I star...

Took the dog for a walk on this trail to see how it has matured over the last couple of years. The newest trail starting at the lookout gate is a really challenging, "black diamond" personality that will be a challenge for everyone. I just walked it...

Multiple windows broken on my friend‘s Syncro between 1PM and 3PM. Due to after-market locks the f****rs couldn’t open the doors and weren't willing to mar their anterior scales by slithering into the van over the glass left behind. Post info if you...

After a 7 person work party on the Ridge Trail clearing drainages and puddling spots before the winter rains and spring melt, I rode up to the trail system summit to the bench area where there used to be a front wheel nailed to a tree. It is gone now...

I've been looking for more Stevens Pass rides and tried this one for the advertised views and fall colors. The trail starts with a 1/2 or 3/4 mile grunt or hike and then continues with a slightly less steep trail. It is tough to maintain a consistent...

This trail was on my wish list for sometime and just got a chance to do it this week and see the fall colors. I must say this trail was a little bit of a disappointment. Usually with an epic ride you get long climbs followed by long descents with gr...

After learning to ride on Galbraith in the 90's, I've finally found a home down here in the Sound. So old school - so fun. Lots of really twisty, technical trails with many many off angle roots. Not much up and down but enough to keep it interesting....
