Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is the nation’s largest statewide mountain bike association, representing thousands of riders through regional chapters. Evergreen is committed to sustainable recreation, trail maintenance, advocacy, education, volunteerism, and trail building. We are an important partner with public land managers, contributing over 29,000 hours of trail work per year.

Head Coach Cascades to Sound (Seattle)

Summary of Position

Evergreen Mountain Bike Dirt Camps offer youth ages 7 to 16 exciting opportunities to develop their mountain biking skills. Campers will learn everything from basic bike mechanics and how to fix flats, to mastering singletrack techniques and understanding trail maintenance. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate coaches who are eager to share their love of the sport with the next generation of riders. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a group of campers with the assitance of assistant coaches and mentors. You will work with the lead coaches to ensure delivery of safe, engaging, and fun daily programs and lessons that inspire and empower campers.

Education Coordinator - Central Chapter (Leavenworth/Wenatchee)

Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance's Central Chapter is seeking an Education Coordinator to support the daily logistics of the Central education program. This hybrid position will include customer service, volunteer management, on-site teaching, day-to-day operations, and logistics. Camp Coordinator Cascades to Sound (Seattle)

Summary of Position

Evergreen is looking for a Camp Coordinator who loves the sport and wants to pass it on to the next generation of riders. This position will be responsible for managing Dirt Camp coaches with training and on-site logistics for Camps in King and Pierce counties during the Spring and Summer. This position will coordinate all aspects of the summer Dirt Camp program to ensure a safe, fun learning environment for the campers and staff.
