Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is the nation’s largest statewide mountain bike association, representing thousands of riders through eight regional chapters. Evergreen is committed to sustainable recreation, trail maintenance, advocacy, education, volunteerism, and trail building. We are an important partner with public land managers, contributing over 29,000 hours of trail work per year.

Trail Builder I – Backcountry Maintenance (Colville NF)

Summary of Position

Join our team! The Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance is seeking a Trail Builder I for our backcountry maintenance project in the beautiful Colville National Forest.

As a trail builder, you will be working with public land managers, staff, and volunteers on various trail maintenance projects in the Colville National Forest during the summer months. If you are excited to spend your summer riding bikes and building trails in the woods, learn more and apply now.

Lead Dirt Camp Coach Cascades to Sound (Black Diamond & Swan Creek)

Summary of Position

Evergreen is looking for experienced coaches with excellent leadership and communication skills. This position will provide site leadership and guidance to groups of coaches and volunteer mentors in providing safe, fun daily programs and lessons to campers. Primary responsibilities will include coach oversight, risk management, parent communications, and teaching as needed. Evergreen Mountain Bike Dirt Camps offer opportunities for youth ages 7-17 to develop mountain bike skills, including basic mechanics fixing flats to single track skills, and trail maintenance.
