West Sound Chapter

West Sound Chapter
We love mountain biking and we're working to make the Kitsap Peninsula one of the best places to ride in the Pacific Northwest. From the dense fir forests of Banner Forest to the legendary trails at Port Gamble, West Sound riders have some of the best terrain in Washington right in their backyard.
The West Sound Chapter is the crew behind the trails. We plan, build, and maintain the trail networks that keep this region rideable. We run education programs that bring new riders into the sport. We show up for advocacy when access is on the line. And we do it all with the help of members, donors, and volunteers who care as much about these trails as we do.
Get Involved: there are always ways to be part of what we're building here.
- Donate Trail work costs money. Your gift goes directly toward construction, maintenance, and protecting access on the trails you ride. Donate to West Sound
- Become a Member Membership is how you put skin in the game. Join thousands of riders across Washington who support the trails they love. Join or Renew
- Volunteer We host work parties throughout the year at Banner Forest, Green Mountain, Port Gamble, and beyond. Show up with gloves and we'll find you a shovel. See Upcoming Work Parties
- Sign Up for a Camp or Class From beginner clinics to skills progressions, our education programs meet riders where they are. Youth camps, women's clinics, group rides. View Classes and Camps
