Was watching the weather pattern really closely this morning to find the gap in the rains out in Darrington. I started at the lower shuttle area and began the climb to the snow line.  I was hoping for the upper lot but only made it as far as the Jackpot midpoint connector and then had 100 yards of level hike a bike to the trail junction.

    The trail had snow for the first 3-400’ of vertical which was a neat test of my tech skills but after that was just a wet root, and wet rock, challenge to keep my attention. The Jackpot/Skyline route is clear of obstructions otherwise, and will be covered in snow once more this weekend. :-(   When I got back to the truck, it began to pour so I hit the rain break perfectly. The Trailforks ride log and pictures are here.
