Tech, Flow, and Eye Candy

04 | Jun | '25

Made my weekly trek over Stevens Pass to take care of family but added a side trip to Number Two Canyon to get my tech and flow rides in. I parked at the trailhead and climbed the road to do PTD (Prepare To Die, a tech descent), then back up to do MNIIM (My Name Is Inigo Montoya, a flow trail). I love both trails, and the naming convention derived from the movie “The Princess Bride”, lol. It’s a fun one to watch if you haven’t yet!

I still needed my summit view so I went back up to the top of the Eye Candy trail for my summit shot. A couple minutes later, I became a photographer for three lovely riders on their friendship ride.  So there was eye candy on Eye Candy. lol

I descended down Eye Candy, then Sundance, Still, and Bootleg to get back to the truck. The soils were pretty dry and some moon dust in spots, but it was still a wonderful ride. The Trailforks Ride Log is here.
