CrankSisters Coed- Tiger Fall Trail Maintenance!
CrankSisters COED! Raging - Tiger Fall Trails Maintenance Series - Tiger Mountain
Help get the trails ready for the wet riding season! We’ll be teaching how to properly clear drains for the long term and raking trails of debris. The work is fairly easy and rewarding. We’ll have a bbq and beverages afterwards and hand out some Evergreen special swag.
Work Details:
- Time: 10 am to 2 pm (work until 2 or so; regroup in parking lot for bbq)
- Meeting Location: Upper parking lot at Tiger Mountain Forest.
- What We’re Doing: Work will include clearing drains with shovels and rakes and clearing the trails with rakes and leaf blowers.
What to bring:
- Sturdy footwear: Your most trusted hiking shoes/boots!
- Work gloves
- Weather-appropriate clothing: Layer options are always great. Good idea to pack a rain jacket.
- Fuel: Plenty of water and snacks to keep your energy up while working.
- A small day pack to carry your gear/fuel while working down the trail.
What We Provide:
- Evergreen will supply all the necessary tools, safety gear,expert instruction, bbq afterwards and swag!
