I started climbing around 6:30 this morning to reach the summit before the sun started getting really hot. Up on the road at that same switchback as my May 24 report described, that water ski was sitting in the grass so I repositioned it to be more visible for the next scavenger who is interested. The descent today was wonderful! Beautiful weather, grippy hard pack and no hiker interference to worry about. Just choose your line with the least amount of gravel and rock.
