Had a great ride at Kachess Ridge yesterday.  The climb was tough but it can be done within an hour or two.  The view at the top is great reward.  Trail is in good shape with two or three small snow fields on the way to the saddle, this is hike a bike for sure.  The return has bumpy sections with fantastic descents and steep switchbacks with small technical obstacles. Expect dryish roots and rock with a little dust for sure. Not much mud yesterday.  All water crossings were safe and easy. I will be back this season for sure.
