The Summit at Snoqualmie - Phase 1

Location: Snoqualmie Pass, WA
Chapter: Cascades to Sound
New Mileage: 6.8 miles
Status: Complete
Projected Completion: Fall 2022

Professional Evergreen builders have completed construction of new trails at The Summit at Snoqualmie. Be sure to follow The Summit Source for more information! We’re excited to work with our partners at The Summit and the U.S. Forest Service to deliver this amazing new lift-access ride opportunity!

Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance designed and prepared a 5-year Concept Plan for Mountain Bike Operations at The Summit at Snoqualmie, as well as completed Trail Design and Flagging services for Phase 1 Trails. The trails are located primarily on private property near the Silver Fir lift, however, there are also portions of USFS land that require local district approval and environmental reviews before work can begin. Evergreen has been hired as a contractor for the Summit at Snoqualmie and is building this with 100% professional staff builders.

Construction started in the summer of 2019, with our builders completing two completely new routes down the mountain as well as refurbishing the historic trails used in the 1999 World Cup. Work to be done in 2021 will focus on completing trails necessary to allow the bike park to open in 2022. Some work on previously-built black, double-black, and blue trails is included in the scope, as is new construction of a 2-mile green trail (“Green Party), a blue flow trail, and a blue tech mid-mountain connector trail.

This project promises to set the stage for epic lift-serviced riding to the greater Seattle and Ellensburg communities and beyond!

Trails at The Summit are currently under construction on private property and are CLOSED to riding. Please DO NOT enter the property during this construction phase.
