Foundations 3: Advanced Skills Series

Please note: This is a class series, with multiple sessions:

1. Sunday, 8/11, 9am - 12pm
2. Sunday, 8/25, 9am - 12pm

Do you have a solid understanding of the fundamentals and want to start pushing your comfort zone a bit more? This class covers the basics of getting your wheels off the ground, feeling more confident in corners, and tackling steeper terrain.

Class Focus:

• Body Positioning & Balance
• Technical Descending
• Wheel Lifts
• Drops
• Jumps
• Smoother cornering

Prerequisites: Mountain Bike Foundations Level 2 or Progression Sessions.

A full face helmet is highly recommended for this program.

Students are responsible for supplying their own bike and equipment for all Evergreen classes & camps.
