As a result, the policies, guidelines, viewpoints, opinions, and other actions may not align with the fundamental values of Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance. I am aware that I am attending this event voluntarily as a community member and will assume the risks involved. I understand that Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance is not responsible for any incidents that may occur during this event.
I understand and willingly accept the potential risks that come with taking part in an event posted by community members. I am aware that participating in bicycle-related activities such as group rides and trail work parties involves certain inherent risks, such as hazardous terrain, tools and equipment, natural disasters, accidents, actions of other participants, and more. I acknowledge that these risks are inherent in the activity and that there is a possibility of myself or others being injured.
By participating, I hereby release and hold harmless Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, Evergreen Education Program, their officers, staff, agents, successors and assigns, and other volunteers from any claims, including those arising from negligence, unintentional acts, or acts of omission.

By registering for this event posted on the Evergreen community calendar, I confirm that I have read and comprehended the guidelines outlined in this statement.
