Crank Sisters Coed Ride--CANCELLED

03/14/2020, 10:00 am -  1:00 pm

Evergreen is coming up with a plan for rides and classes during the Coronavirus pandemic, but for now they have opted to cancel rides and classes this weekend.  Stay tuned--we'll start over with the Tiger Progressive Series when the Coronavirus pandemic starts to abate.

Crank Sisters Coed Tiger Progressive Series #1: Inside Passage
This ride is for any gender.

Back by popular demand, the Tiger progressive series will start with Inside Passage, then progress to longer and more technical trails as the season goes on. Keep checking the calendar!
Starting time is 10:15 AM.  Please be on time--we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers.
Ride leader contact info:  Rachel Robinson, 425-736-2382 and Doug Derham

We will split into fast and slow climbing groups, so you don't need to be a fast climber (or descender) to join this ride.
Suggested Equipment: elbow and knee armor, optional
Trails: We will climb up part of Masterlink, then ride Inside Passage and Joyride, then Northwest Timber back to the parking lot.

This is subject to change based on weather, trail conditions, etc.
Conditions for cancellation: (heavy wind, lightning, etc.) If a ride must be canceled, the ride leader will attempt to contact anyone signed up by 3pm the day before the ride.
Grunt rating: We will climb about 900 feet. Plan to ride for about 2 hours.
Evergreen has a no-drop policy--we will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.

Meet at the East Tiger Summit upper lot at 10am, near the bathrooms.  You will need a Discover Pass to park there--if you don't have one, park in the lower DOT lot by the highway and ride up to the upper lot--give yourself about 10 extra minutes to get up there.

Directions from I-90 (from Seattle or Eastside):  Take exit 23 (Highway 18) and turn right,  drive  4 miles and look for Tiger Mt. Summit on the right.  Pull into the parking lot, drive through the lot and go left on the gravel road up to the upper lot.
