Crank Sisters takes on Alpine Baldy

Let's check out Alpine Baldy! It's a big climb - about 3500 feet over 7.5 miles, but we'll be taking it slow and steady with plenty of breaks. Pack your lunch and a jacket so you'll be comfortable at the top where we'll enjoy the views and our lunch. Then it's back down the way we came for a fun descent.

Let's meet at the Sultan Park and Ride by 9:15 so we can leave at 9:30. If you want to carpool, we can arrange that. Otherwise, we'll caravan to the trailhead (which is sometimes hard to find off Highway 2).

If you want a faster pace, there's a co-ed ride going at the same time.
