Coed Tapeworm ride for graduates of Progression Sessions

Evergreen Coed Intermediate Ride at Tapeworm-for graduates of Progression Sessions class

Meet at Philip Arnold Park  at 9 AM.

Start time is 9:15. Please be on time—we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers. If you sign up and decide not to come, PLEASE text me!

NOTE: If you are new to Tapeworm, it is difficult to find the right entrance with Google Maps. I'll send out an email with detailed instructions before the ride. Plan to leave a bit early so you'll have time to find the park.

Conditions for cancellation:  heavy wind, lightning.  We ride in the rain and heat.
If a ride must be cancelled, the ride leader will attempt to notify anyone signed up by 3 pm the day before.
Grunt rating:  Some shortish climbs, lots of twisty rooty technical XC fun.
Evergreen has a no-drop policy.  We will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.
Sessioning is encouraged.  We can meet for lunch in Renton after the ride.
