Crank Sisters Beginner-mediate Ride at Paradise Valley

This is a ladies-only ride. We will meet at 10:00 am at the parking lot off of Paradise Lake Road. We will roll out at 10:15. If you signed up and cannot make it, please call me.

Trails: Trails will be decided by rider preference and skill level. 

Conditions for cancellation: Heavy wind or lightning. If a ride must be canceled, the ride leader will attempt to contact anyone signed up by 3 pm the day before the ride.
Grunt rating: Some shortish climbs and roots, plan to ride for over an hour with breaks. Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy. We will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.
