May Day! I'm going to celebrate spring rather than international workers day since I'd rather not think about work before a ride.

This year our plan for Tiger Tuesdays is to jump, bounce...leap(?) between the Tiger Mtn and Raging River trail systems on a weekly basis.

It's much easier to get to Exit 27 than it is to Tiger/Hwy 18 on a week night so it shouldn't take as long to get there.

We will meet downhill from the gate to the Raging River access rd. Take exit 27 off highway 90 and go right. There is plenty of parking along the road or you can drive up the road and park in the DNR parking lot. If you park in the upper lot (Snoqualmie Point Park) past the gate, they do lock this gate at dusk.

The ride: We'll split into groups so that everyone has a good time. This is an out and back so it's easy to go as far as you like and then turn around. Some may split off on the way down and do Pysical Therapy, although I heard on FB that's it's a bit greasy and muddy at the bottom? We can figure specifics out before the ride.

Although there should be plenty of light, it doesn't hurt to have a light in case of mechanical. Helmets, bike in working order, spare tube, yada yada yada, Don't be that person who forgets the basics.

There are 2 natural turn around points, one 6 1/2 miles up (awesome views) and one 8 1/2 miles up, but I think there's some snow. So you can decide when you want to turn around and ride the flowy trail back down. It feels a little mellower climb than Master Link but it is longer and gains more elevation.

Afterwards we will have our usual award winning brats! Barley pop provided by Chainline Brewing in Kirkland! I'll have a vegetarian option too! More exclamation points!!!
Feel free to bring something to share or throw on the grill.
