This is a ladies-only ride.

Meet at Phillip-Arnold Park in Renton at 9:30 AM

Starting time is 9:45 AM.   Please be on time—we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers.   If you sign up and decide not to come, PLEASE text me!

Trails:  Parasite, Tapeworm, Silkworm. Mostly twisty, rooty technical XC. This is a great place to work on your technical slow-speed skills.

Conditions for cancellation:  heavy wind, lightning, major meteor strike.  We ride in the rain!

If a ride must be cancelled, the ride leader will attempt to notify anyone signed up by 3 pm the day before.

Grunt rating: Some shortish climbs. Plan to ride for about 2 hours.

Bring a tube so you can change a tire.  Please make sure your bike is in good working order.  If you're not sure, have your bike mechanic check it before you sign up.

Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy.  We will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.

Sessioning is encouraged.
