Crank Sisters Bike and Brunch-Paradise Valley, Co-ed

Crank Sisters Co-ed ride at Paradise Valley, followed by brunch at Maltby Cafe

This is a Crank Sisters ride, but guys are welcome.

Meet at the main trailhead off Paradise Lake Road at 9am. Please note that this parking lot is notorious for car break-ins, so don't leave anything valuable in your car.

Starting time is 9:20.   Please be on time—we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers.   If you sign up and decide not to come, PLEASE text me!

Trails:   We will do beginner to intermediate trails, depending on the group that shows up. Paradise has lots of twisty rooty singletrack.

Conditions for cancellation:  heavy wind, lightning, space alien invasions

If a ride must be cancelled, the ride leader will attempt to notify anyone signed up by 3 pm the day before.

Grunt rating:  Some shortish climbs. Expect to ride for about 2 hours with some breaks.

Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy.  We will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.

Brunch is at Maltby Cafe, which usually wins the "Best Breakfast in Seattle" award, even though it's in Maltby. Let's just say, giant cinnamon rolls.

We'll head to Maltby after we ride, so bring a change of clothes.
