Evergreen Crank Sisters Suspension Set-Up Ride #1 (Mild/Moderate Riding)

This is a ladies-only ride.

Meet at the Duthie Clearing at 9:00AM, I will be wearing a Crank Sisters Ride Leader jersey (grey and purple) and a bright green helmet.

We will spend a little time discussing suspension, record starting PSIs, and ride Deuces Wild.  We will adjust suspension and ride this trail several times until everyone's dialed in!  We will end by riding either VooDoo Child or Ryan's Eternal Flow to put the suspension to the test.

Conditions for cancellation:  heavy wind, heavy rain, lightning/thunder.  

If a ride must be cancelled, the ride leader will attempt to notify anyone signed up by 3 pm the day before.

Grunt rating:  Mild

Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy.  We will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.
