Evergreen Crank Sisters Intermediate Ride.  Meet at the clearing under the big tree. 

This ride is for anyone who identifies as female.

Please RSVP at least two hours before the ride.

Before you RSVP for this ride, please sign the waiver at https//.www.evergreenmtb.org/my/waiver: Right click and click open in new window: Event Waiver & Release (evergreenmtb.org)  This waiver needs to be signed once a year. When you click the link, it will tell you whether you have signed this year. If not, it will give you a link to sign it.”

Please cancel your RSVP before the ride time if you can’t make the ride.  Text the rider leader at the below contact if you have to cancel within two hours of the ride.

Trails:

We will be riding for 1.5+ hours. Trails we will ride at Duthie are green and blues. We will do Honey Badger, Bootcamp, Moving On, Step it up, Ryan's Eternal Flow. If riders are interested and if everyone has skills we can also do Voodoo child and Jabulani, we can talk about those trails the day of the ride.

About the Ride/ Grunt Rating:

The trails are fast and flowy with roots. No big climbs but punchy little hills and little downhills. The purpose is to have fun!

Directions:

Park at the Duthie Hill park Southwest parking and ride your bike to the clearing.

Coming from I-90 take exit 17 towards E Lk Sammamish Pkwy SE, turn right onto SE Issaquah-Fall City Rd, turn right to stay on SE Issaquah-Fall City Rd and the parking lot will be on your left.

Suggested Equipment:

Two bike lights, 3 liters of water, electrolytes, backpack with some snacks, and spare bike tube

Conditions for cancellation: 

(heavy wind, lightning, flooding etc.) If a ride must be canceled, the ride leader will attempt to contact anyone signed up by 3pm the day before the ride.
 
Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy with adjusting for rider pace and stops for regrouping.

COVID PRECAUTIONS

While we’re outside in the fresh air, it is important that we take precautions to minimize the risk of spreading COVID.  Sorry, but we can't accept "walk-ons". You do need to sign up here before arriving.

Please perform a symptoms self-assessment:

o    Take your temperature. Do you have a temperature above 100.4?

o    Do you have any COVID-related symptoms

o    Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

o    If you answer yes to any of these questions, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE RIDE
