About the Ride/ Grunt Rating:
-
Raging River has the perfect trails for getting fit as the trails are beautiful with a decent amount of climbing at first and then a mostly technical blue trail decent on the way back. As a group we will decide which one of the following routes to ride:
#1. Ride to Upper Poppin Tops and down which is about a 1.5 to 2 hour ride.
#2. Ride to Upper Poppin Tops and down and then ride to Lower Poppin Tops and down which is about 2.5+ hours ride.
- Expect to ride at least a 2 hour ride. For those that have ridden with me, you know I climb pretty slowly - so don't worry about your climbing speed!
Directions:
Take I-90 to Exit 27. Turn Right at the bottom of the off ramp, continue till you see the park entrance on your right. Discover Pass required if parking in trail parking lot. If you don't have a Discover pass, park along the road. it. We will meet by the bathrooms.
