Crank Sisters Ride Tokul East
This ride is for anyone who identifies as female
Meeting time: 8:30 (ready to ride). The ride starts on time.
I have my favorite trails, but will try to explore a few new ones if I start getting repeat riders who are comfortable on the known terrain.
This ride is for advanced intermediate and above riders who want to work on ruts/roots and short steeps. Tokul East has it all in small chunks. You can walk what you don't feel comfortable riding. There is a good deal of climbing interspersed with fun dowhills. Plan on riding 1 1/2-2 hours with breaks. We can adjust the ride for weather and energy levels! It's a great time of year to explore this trail system in a very supportive group setting. Although it gets puddles and has small stream crossings Tokul does drain well. We'll take breaks and pace ourselves on the climbs. We can session sections where the trail allows. Cambell Global requires a permit to ride out here. Meet at the parking lot off 356th Dr SE, off of Rt 202 Fall City. Parking in this lot is really tight. Come early!

While we’re outside in the fresh air, it is important that we take precautions to minimize the risk of spreading COVID. Sorry, but we can't accept "walk-ons". You do need to sign up here before arriving. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE RIDE, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR SPOT ONLINE AND/OR CONTACT THE RIDE LEADER ASAP SO THAT YOUR SPOT CAN BE OPENED UP FOR SOMEONE ELSE.

Before coming to the ride (for both ride leaders & participants):
· Please perform a symptoms self-assessment
o Take your temperature. Do you have a temperature above 100.4?
o Do you have any COVID-related symptoms?
o Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
o If you answer yes to any of these questions, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE RIDE
