This ride is for anyone who identifies as female.

When you click the link, it will tell you whether you have signed this year. If not, it will give you a link to sign it.”
Please cancel your RSVP before the ride time if you can’t make the ride. Text the rider leader at the below contact if you have to cancel within two hours of the ride.
Ride is about 8 miles for 1.5 hours or before it gets dark. Big Finn/Saint Edwards Park trails are rated green to blue. We can ride longer depending on group preference.
About the Ride/ Grunt Rating:
The trails are fast and flowy with roots. No big climbs but punchy little hills and little downhills. The purpose is to have fun!
Big Finn Park: 8106 NE 138th St, Kirkland, WA 98034
Meet at Big Finn Ball Park off of Jaunita Street where the La Crosse fields are and not the Baseball fields. Bathrooms are available. Please be on time--we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers.

Two bike lights, 2 liters of water, electrolytes, backpack with some snacks, and spare bike tube
Conditions for cancellation:
(heavy wind, lightning, flooding etc.) If a ride must be canceled, the ride leader will attempt to contact anyone signed up by 3pm the day before the ride.
Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy with adjusting for rider pace and stops for regrouping.
While we’re outside in the fresh air, it is important that we take precautions to minimize the risk of spreading COVID. Sorry, but we can't accept "walk-ons". You do need to sign up here before arriving.
Please perform a symptoms self-assessment:
o Take your temperature. Do you have a temperature above 100.4?
o Do you have any COVID-related symptoms?
o Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
o If you answer yes to any of these questions, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE RIDE
