Crank Sisters Women's Group Intermediate Ride, Tapeworm in Renton

This is a ladies-only ride.  

Meet at the trailhead (link above) at 10:45 AM. On trails at 11:00 AM.

Planning to ride 1.5-2 hours with minimal stopping. 

Conditions for cancellation: heavy rain, strong wind. If a ride must be canceled, the ride leader will contact anyone signed up by 3pm the day before the ride.

Grunt rating: Moderate--some shortish climbs, but mostly just twisty rooty goodness.  

Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy--we will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.
