Evergreen Crank Sisters Women's Group Beginner Ride at Paradise Valley

This is a ladies-only ride.  We will explore the beginner-friendly cross country trails at Paradise Valley.  There are some roots, but nothing very technical. 

 Please make sure your bike is in good working order.  If you're not sure, take it in for a tune-up before the ride.

Starting time is 5:15 PM.    Please be on time--we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers.

Trails:    Cascara, Southern Traverse, Rogue Fern, etc.  This is subject to change based on weather, trail conditions, etc.

Conditions for cancellation: Heavy wind, lightning.    If a ride must be canceled, the ride leader will attempt to contact anyone signed up by 3pm the day before the ride.

Grunt rating:  moderate--some climbing, but nothing steep or sustained.  We will probably ride for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy--we will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.

Other information:   Sessioning is encouraged.
