Evergreen Crank Sisters Beginner-mediate Ride at St. Edwards State Park

This is a ladies-only ride. For this ride, beginners and intermediate riders are welcome.

Meet at QFC on Juanita Drive, across from Bastyr University.

Starting time is 6:00pm.   Please be on time—we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers.   If you sign up and decide not to come, PLEASE text me!

Trails:  Beginner friendly, fun and flowy. Occasional roots.  

Conditions for cancellation:  heavy wind, lightning, deep snow.  We ride in the rain and cold!

If a ride must be cancelled, the ride leader will attempt to notify anyone signed up by 3 pm the day before.

Grunt rating:  Some shortish climbs, plan to ride for 2 hours with short breaks.

Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy.  We will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.

PLEASE ensure your bicycle is in working order and you are ride-ready. 

Bring a spare tube so you can change a tire if need be. Bring snacks and a good amount of water, especially if it's hot.
