Salmon Cycling Classic

The Salmon Cycling Classic is a new Grand & Medio Fondo in Wilsonville, OR - just 18 miles south of Portland on Interstate 5.  Riders will be treated with a genuine 'Cedar Plank' Salmon Dinner with fresh strawbery shortcake for desert!   The first 250 riders will receive a custom made, crushed glass MEDALLION for this inaugrual event - the medallion is made with recycled glass by a program employing single mothers.  Also, the first 100 registered names will be put in a pot for a drawing for six OTTO BICYCLE LOCKS - each a $57.00 value!!!         This event has a fantastic route, a terrific salmon dinner,  the medallion, and it is within easy reach with access just off I-5 in Wilsonville.  Check out the web page at www.salmoncyclingclassic.com   Riding in the fondo also demonstrates support for a new bicycle-pedestrian bridge across the Willametter River in Wilsonville.  The bridge is currently in the planning phase with a $1.5 millon grant.  So come on out and help show support for the bridge, and have some FANTASTIC salmon afterwards!!!!!  EARLY REGISTRAION ENDS JULY 1.  Register on the web site.
