Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance is rolling out a new women's riding club, and in order to get our group rides up and running, we need ride leaders.  Notice: This is for ladies only.
We are planning to have several sessions of ride leader training (with the hope that all potential leaders can attend one).  We feel that leader training will make the group ride experience safer and more fun for everyone, and it will answer a lot of your questions about how to post rides, how to lead rides, what to carry, and what to do in various situations that might arise on the trail.  It's also a great opportunity to meet some fellow Crank Sisters and start riding (and leading) together.

The first ride leader training will take place Wednesday, May 6, at Duthie Hill Park.   We'll meet in the clearing at 6:30 PM.  Please bring your bike, helmet and riding gear, as we'll be doing practice rides after a brief lecture.
I'll send an email to participants a few days before the event with contact info in case you have questions or you're running late…but we hope to see a bunch of you there to get this program off to a great start!
