Evergreen Crank Sisters Beginner Ride at Saint Edwards State Park
This is a ladies-only ride.
Meet at the QFC on Juanita Drive (across the street from Bastyr University) at 9:30 AM
Starting time is 9:45. Please be on time—we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers. If you sign up and decide not to come, PLEASE text me!

Trails:  fun, flowy, beginner-friendly trails. 
Conditions for cancellation:  heavy wind, lightning, deep snow.  We ride in the rain and cold!
If a ride must be cancelled, the ride leader will attempt to notify anyone signed up by 3 pm the day before.
Grunt rating:  Some shortish climbs. Plan to ride for 2 hours with breaks.
Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy.  We will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.
Sessioning is encouraged.
