The property provides many recreation opportunities for the local community. Evergreen East has supported the addition of new trails that now totals 15 miles of singletrack and decommissioned logging roads. Learn more about the Chewelah Valley Land Trust here. Ride Description:
The event will begin with a brief introduction and updates from the CVLT board of directors. We will then divide up for the group ride, guided by members of CVLT and Evergreen East. There will also be guided hikes available if you want to bring friends and family that don't ride. Be ready for fun flowy trails and stunning views of the Chewelah Valley and Calispell Peak!
This ride is for all skill levels. Expect 5-6 miles and around 600 ft of elevation with a blue flow trail descent for Advanced Beginners on up. Shorter rides will be availabe for Beginners and anyone wanting less elevation on green level trails. Feel free to explore more of this beautiful area afterward on your own.
