About the Ride

Night riding puts a whole new spin on the good-old trails. Bring your lights (one for your handlebar & one for your helmet, if possible) & we'll take a lap at Soaring Eagle (all Blues & Greens).

Evergreen's Trail Description: Soaring Eagle Park is 1 square mile of twisty, intersecting trails that all look alike. Fortunately for the directionally-challenged, there are maps posted at almost every intersection, so it's hard to get lost for very long. Because it's relatively small in total area, Soaring Eagle Park is a great place to get a quick ride after work and it's fabulous for night rides. The trails are twisty, rooty and bumpy, but not overly difficult. The combination of size and technical difficulty make it a great place for both new and experienced mountain bikers to work on their singletrack skills.

Directions

There are several trailheads for Soaring Eagle; we'll meet at the West Entrance, toward the north end of the park (via East Main Drive) (link below) at 5:30, then after a quick intro & bike check, we'll hit the trails. Please be on time; we can't wait longer than 10 minutes for late riders to arrive. Google parking directions:  https://maps.app.goo.gl/tBY7xkSqKTcVYtLE9
