Teanaway 6 or 12 Hour Adventure Race

This will be a challenging race during the day on foot and bike. For the bike section, you will need a mountain bike. For the trek section, you just need some good shoes, and possibly shin protection, as there will be off-trail navigation required. For the 12hr course, we have planned the average time for the race to be 10-11 hours with a 12 hour course closure. The 6hr course will be 5-6hrs with a 6hr course cut-off.

There will be a Remote Transition Area (TA) on this course. We will transport a single team gear duffel bag to and from the remote TA.NOTE: no hard-case bins, please use a duffel/gym bag, any size allowed. No water in TA bag.  You will not need to pre-stage your bike.

Race HQ Location

The race Start and Finish location will be just West of the Teanaway Campground, at the end of the paved W Fork Teanaway Road. The state calls it the Day Use Area.  A Discover Pass is required to park.

Free camping is available at the Teanaway Campground, a 5 min walk away.
