No Purchase Necessary
Sponsor: Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, 249 Main Ave S. STE 107-188, North Bend, WA 98045, Washington.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Washington state who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period: Opens at 12:00AM on Wednesday, September 17 and closes at 11:59PM on Sunday, September 21, 2025. All mailed entries must be postmarked no later than September 21, 2025 and received by Evergreen no later than September 24, 2025.
How to Enter:
Purchase Entry (Membership): Join or click to renew* an Evergreen membership during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) entry.
*One entry will be awarded per qualifying membership action (new enrollment or manual renewal) for primary members only. Memberships automatically renewing in September do not qualify.
Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Submit one (1) entry by mailing a postcard/letter with your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, 249 Main Ave S. STE 107-188, North Bend, WA 98045. Postmark by September 21, 2025 to qualify.
Limit: One entry per person via membership or one entry per person via the free entry method. Maximum one entry per person.
Prizes: Four (4) multi-day tickets to Red Bull Rampage, October 16 - October 18, 2025, approximate retail value $1,040. Travel, lodging, and any other expenses are not included. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternative.
Winner Selection & Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries three (3) business days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) days of the drawing. If no response within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, winner consents to Evergreen’s use of their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Taxes: Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable.
Request for Winners List: To receive the name of the winner (for prizes over $25), mail a request to Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, 249 Main Ave S. STE 107-188, North Bend, WA 98045.
Additional Terms: Under RCW 9.46.0356, no person may be required to make a purchase to participate. An alternate free-entry method is provided. For promotions not entered through direct mail, additional entries may be given with a purchase provided that a free method of entry requiring no consideration is also available. Membership purchases may provide an additional entry, but no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
