Promotion Period
The Evergreen Red Bull Rampage Sweepstakes opens at 12:01 AM PT on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM PT on Sunday, September 20, 2026. All mailed entries must be postmarked no later than September 20, 2026 and received by Evergreen no later than September 25, 2026.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Washington state who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, board members, and their immediate family members of Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. You may use both. Maximum two (2) entries per person.
Membership Entry: Join, renew, or upgrade a primary Evergreen membership at any level (Basic, Builder, or Team Epic) during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) entry. Memberships that renew automatically during the Promotion Period also receive one (1) entry. One entry per person regardless of the number of membership transactions. Secondary and household members on a primary membership do not receive a separate entry.
Free Entry, No Purchase Necessary: Submit one (1) entry at no cost by either (a) completing the online entry form at evergreenmtb.org/rampage, or (b) mailing a postcard or letter with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, 249 Main Ave S, STE 107-188, North Bend, WA 98045. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT on September 20, 2026. Mailed entries must be postmarked by September 20, 2026 and received no later than September 25, 2026.
Duplicate entries beyond the two-entry limit will be removed. Mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk entries are void.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) General Admission Hike + Bike tickets to Red Bull Rampage, October 8-10, 2026, in Virgin, Utah.
Tickets are valid for both the women's and men's events.
Approximate retail value (ARV): $520. Total ARV of all prizes is less than $5,000.
The prize does not include transportation, lodging, food, parking, or any other expense. All costs beyond the tickets are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternative or prize substitution will be made, except that Evergreen reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner must be able to attend. Evergreen is not responsible for event cancellation, postponement, or schedule changes made by Red Bull.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Monday, September 28, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received through both the membership and free entry methods.
The winner will be notified by phone and email within 48 hours of the drawing.
If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of first notification, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
Winners will be announced publicly on or about October 2, 2026.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance using their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Taxes
The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable.
Request for Winners List
To receive the name of the winner (for prizes valued over $25), mail a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, Attn: Winners List, 249 Main Ave S, STE 107-188, North Bend, WA 98045. Requests must be received by December 31, 2026.
General Conditions
Under RCW 9.46.0356, no person may be required to make a purchase to participate in a promotional contest of chance. An alternate method of entry requiring no consideration is provided above.
A membership purchase may provide an additional entry, but no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of these rules.
Evergreen is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, which are final and binding in all matters.
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
