Intro to Freeride - Co-ed

Want to start pushing the limits of what you can ride? Want to go big on the jumps and carve berms with ease? This 2 part co-ed class covers the basics of freeride mountain biking. This class will cover the first step to being a more confident rider when it comes to cornering, speed, and air! Minimum Age: 16

 This class will focus on:

• Review balance, body position, braking, descending, and proper drop techniques

• Obstacle clearing/wheel lift

• High-speed cornering

• Progressing to bigger drops and jumps (Air time!)
