Are you new to mountain biking? Or do you need to brush the dust off those skills? MTB Foundations is the place to start building your confidence on two wheels.  Minimum Age: 18

This class will focus on:

• Body Position and Balance
• Braking
• Climbing and Descending Techniques
• Gearing and Shifting
• Front Wheel Lift
