Progression Sessions - Women

This one is for the Ladies! A ride for those who have experience but want to improve on their skills and become even stronger, more confident trail riders. Each class (4 in total) will focus on 2-3 skills in depth while out on the trails. Riders will receive feedback and guidance from our experienced instructors in a relaxed and fun setting while spending more time on the trails in a supportive all female environment.

This class will focus on:

• Review balance, body position, braking, descending

• Climbing, slow speed cornering, shifting

• Trail skills including roll downs and berms

• High-speed cornering

• Obstacle clearing
