Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, board members of Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period: The promotion begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Sunday, December 28, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible.
How to Enter: Participants may enter the giveaway in one of two ways. No purchase or donation is required to enter or win.
- Donation Entry: Make a credit or debit card donation to Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying donation made during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.
Donations made outside the Promotion Period do not qualify. Multiple donations by the same individual will still be limited to one (1) total entry.
- Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a donation, participants may submit a free entry by completing the following during the Promotion Period:
By submitting a free entry, participants grant Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance permission to use their submitted photo, written content, name, and city of residence for marketing, fundraising, and promotional purposes across Evergreen’s official channels (including social media, email, website, and printed materials), without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual will be void.

- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $650
- One (1) two-hour private mountain bike skills lesson with Jason Gainey of Dirt Craft MTB
- Location chosen by the winner, west of the Cascades
- Approximate Retail Value: $359
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other items. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within ten (10) business days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes by Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize receipt.

Requests must be received within 30 days of the Promotion Period end date.
Additional Terms: Under RCW 9.46.0356, no person may be required to make a purchase or donation to participate in a promotional giveaway. A free method of entry is provided. Donations may result in an entry, but no donation is required to enter or win, and all entries are treated equally.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion.
