Olivia of Fired Up Fitness Training and Nutrition in Vancouver, WA is dedicating a session to teach us all about effective muscle work and easy exercises to do at home to target the areas we need to be strong for biking.
This FREE event is for Women/Trans/Femmes and you don't need to be a cyclist to attend :)
What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in, some socks and a water bottle.
