You never know what's going to happen in the wild. Be prepared for anything by getting Wilderness First Aid certified. Our hybrid course offers 8 hours of self-guided online learning and one day of learning in the field.

-Build your confidence in dealing with stressful situations in the wild.
-Learn how to help your friends or other adventurers if they get hurt.
-Earn a Wilderness First Aid certification from Base Medical
What to expect:
Complete your online learning when you want and where you want. Online work and exam must be completed prior to in-person praticum.
For this course our Friends at The Line Bicycle Experience have offered their outdoor meeting space at Snoqualmie Point Park. We will be outdoors all day. We will have covered space to gather for lectures.
Head out into the field with Head of Adventures Jason, our Base Medical-trained instructor. Walk through real-life scenarios. Learn the practical application of first aid tools and strategies. Learn how to treat common injuries and illnesses (like sprained ankles and stomach troubles, to name a few). Get hands-on practice and be prepared to act if your best day ever becomes a worst-case scenario.
