Twisp River Trail Work Party - Evergreen Methow
Come join us to kick off trail work season!
We’re starting out the season on the Twisp River Trail. We have received funding from the Forest Service to maintain and restore some of the classic trails in the valley that are in need of some help. Help Evergreen’s Staff Trail Crew get a head start on this summer’s trail work and learn where else your help is needed!
We’ll meet at the Buttermilk/Twisp River Trailhead at 9AM on Saturday April 30th.

We plan to work until 2pm or so. Feel free to take off before then if needed but please do not be late for the 9am start time. Showing up at least 10 minutes early is ideal.
We will be breaking into groups and working on different sections of the Twisp River Trail.
If you have a set of loppers and/or a handsaw, please bring them with you.
We will provide all other necessary trail work tools. If you have a favorite trail tool, bring it with!
What you need to bring:
-Sturdy Shoes (boots are preferred)
-Water and snacks
-Long pants and sleeves
If you have a current USFS Chainsaw certification, feel free to bring a saw and all necessary PPE to help clear the trail of any winter downfall.
If you do not have a USFS Certification, please leave the saw at home.
If you plan to attend, please register below so we have and idea of how many tools we will need to provide.
