The Crew Leader, Trail Builder & Trail Park Lead is primarily responsible for working with land managers and the riding community to manage and implement Evergreen’s front-country trail park maintenance contracts and activities, and will also contribute significantly to new trail construction projects.
Current park locations include Issaquah and Black Diamond. This position requires strong planning, organization and communication skills, and the ability to develop strong trail building skills. Passion for mountain biking and the outdoors is a must. Existing project management, trail building and/or mini-excavator operation experience a strong plus. Position reports to Evergreen Trails Team Manager.
