Started climbing from the lower shuttle area up the roads, and the Pathfinder Trail, to the summit, where only a dusting of frost or snow existed.

The route down Out Of The Blue/Hoot Owl/Skyline was almost ideal and had no real wet or muddy issues and was a wonderful descent back to the bottom. The weekend full of snowfall was just beginning. The mountain will be fully coated by the end of the weekend. It might have been the last chance for the upper trails until the next thaw or drought we get this winter season.
