Riders, You're in Luck for 2015!

2015 is shaping up to be another banner year for mountain biking in Washington!

Are you as excited about riding in 2015 as we are? If not, you should be! We're building new trails and protecting access to others statewide, our important trail maintenance program is growing, and we've got loads of classes, rides, events and more planned for you.

But, in order to meet all of our 2015 goals we need to raise a total of $147,500 by the end of the year. So far we've secured $107,000 via grants and donations.

If you've already given, THANK YOU! If you haven't donated, there's still time.

Please donate today because we still need to raise another $40,500 by December 31st to fully fund our projects in 2015!

Best of all...Your Contribution Makes a HUGE Impact!

Evergreen is a small but incredibly efficient and effective organization-so your dollars go a long way. And like you, mountain biking is our passion.  But it's your direct financial support that makes the work we do possible.

When you donate to Evergreen, you're giving yourself--and your friends--the gift of more stellar trails to ride in 2015--and beyond! Plus, when you make a donation by December 31st, you get a tax write-off for this year too. What could be better?

Here's how we plan to use your donations in 2015...

  • Maintaining frontcountry and backcountry trails via our professional Trails Crew Program. This pays for three seasonal crew leads plus tools and supplies to lead work parties on 130+ miles of trail at places such as: TigerMountain, Middle Fork Snoqualmie, Hwy 410, Methow Valley, Devils Gulch, Moran State Park, Paradise Valley, and many more.
  • Planning and building new trails. We've just finished 4 new trails on Tiger Mt and have new plans for trails in Leavenworth, Chelan, Tokul, Raging River, Alpine Baldy, North Bend, Wenatchee, Spokane, and Phase 2 of Swan Creek. And we are currently building the new descent trail on Tiger Mountain and will be breaking ground in Black Diamond soon! As always, there are many more new trails in the works that need your support!
  • Capacity expansion so we can do even more. While not as glamorous as building trail, this pays for office staff and the tools we need to do all the behind the scenes work critical to protecting our trails. In 2015, we'll be hosting the first Mountain Bike Lobby Day in Olympia to ensure the legislature hears your concerns, expand our education program to serve a wider range of riders, and continue to refine the new website and Trail Guide to ensure we are your one-stop source for mountain biking info in Washington.
  • Supporting our regional chapters so we can make a bigger impact statewide. In addition to our Central Chapter in Wenatchee, Eastern in Spokane, Methow Valley in Winthrop, Cold Creek in SW Washington, and West Sound Chapter on the Kitsap Peninsula, we've added new chapters in Kittitas and Orcas Island to better serve our community. We're providing tools and advocacy assistance for these chapters to maintain or develop trails including: Mt Spokane State Park, select trails in the Methow, Port Gamble, Ski Hill in Leavenworth and Number 2 Canyon near Wenatchee, just to name a few.

We're getting close to our goals.  If you're able, please support Evergreen today so we can do everything on our list for 2015. No amount is too small (or large) to help.  And your donation is truly a gift that keeps on giving.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who has donated so far, and to our corporate sponsors including:
