Evergreen Crank Sisters Women's Group Advanced Ride, Tokul East
This ride is for any adult who identifies as female.

Meet at the intersection of 356th and the Sammamish Valley Trail at 10am.
Starting time is 10:15 AM.  Please be on time--we cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late arrivers.
Ride leader contact info:  Rachel Robinson, 425-736-2382 and Robin Reardon
Suggested Equipment: elbow and knee armor, full face helmet

You must have a permit from Campbell Global (the landowner) to join this ride. You can buy one here: https://sqrecreation.com/node/202

We will be checking permits, so please don't forget yours! You must carry it with you on the ride.
Trails: Tetherball, Flowtron, Last Frontier, OGDH, Goose Chase. If interested, Midtown and Lower Crazy Ivan

This is subject to change based on weather, trail conditions, etc.
Conditions for cancellation: heavy wind, deep snow, frosty trails.  If a ride must be canceled, the ride leader will attempt to contact anyone signed up by 3pm the day before the ride.
Grunt rating: We will ride for 2-3 hours with repeated climbs. You do not need to be a fast climber to join this ride. We can climb slowly, take breaks etc. There will be times when we return to the Snoqualmie Valley Trail, when tired riders can leave the group and return to their car if they don't want to continue.
Crank Sisters have a no-drop policy--we will regroup often and adjust the pace based on riders' preference.

Sessioning is encouraged.
