Trail conditions were great and weather was good.   BUT, be aware a WA Dept of Fish and Wildlife officer (contracted by CambellGlobal) was checking for permits.  I had mine, but apparently 90% don't.  First offense is a warning and your in their database, second offense they charge you with criminal tresspassing.   I've ridden Tokul a lot in the past 3 years and have never been checked.   Get your permit, I would like to see this area stay open.    https://www.sqrecreation.com/snoqualmie/about/non-motorized-recreation-access-families/non-motorized-recreation-access-families
