Sunday, June 14 | 9am - 1pm (meet at 8:45am, rolling by 9)
Tiger Mountain

This event is for Intermediate or Advanced riders who are 18+ and identify as female. Crank Sisters has a no-drop policy, and we will regroup often.

Have you been wanting to explore Tiger, but not sure where to start? Or maybe you've done a million laps on Joy Ride or Side Hustle, but never had a crew to venture with further up the mountain. This event is for you!

Depending on interest, we'll offer 2-3 different ride options. These could include:

  1. [Blue] Side Hustle > Iverson (route)
    7.3 miles, 1550ft gain
    ~ 2 hours
  2. [Spicy Blue] East Tiger Summit > ET > Atlas (route)
    12 miles, 2260ft gain
    ~ 3-4 hours
  3. [Black] OTG > Atlas (route)
    9 miles, 1745ft gain
    ~ 2-3 hours

PS - Not seeing a route you've been wanting to try? Drop us a note on Facebook, or message the event organizer below.

LOGISTICS & RIDE PLAN

You will need a Discover Pass to park in the upper lot at Tiger.

We'll meet at 8:45am in the upper lot at the Tiger Summit Trailhead, right next to the start of the Connector Trail. From there, we will split into 2-3 groups depending on route preference, and be rolling by 9am.

Plan for a long, steady climb (which we take at a social, conversational pace) and be sure to bring enough water and snacks to ensure you have the fuel needed to get to the top and back safely.

EQUIPMENT

Please bring:

  • Mountain bike in good working order
*Note on e-bikes: allowed only with ADA placard. Info: Evergreen MTB e-bike access
  • Helmet - Required! Full face strongly recommended
  • Pads - Knee & elbow pads strongly recommended
  • Gloves
  • Water - Plan to bring at least 2 liters, electrolytes recommended if it's a hot day
  • Snacks - These are so important!!! This is a long ride, so bring carbs...and a lot of them :)
  • Repair kit - We recomend including a spare tube, small pump, multi-tool, patch kit, and anything else your bike may need

WEATHER & CANCELLATION

We ride in the rain and cold! If we need to cancel a ride for heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions, we will attempt to notify all registrants the evening before.
