Overview
IMPORTANT: Discover Pass required.
Do you like to climb? Do you enjoy downhill tech? Then come spend your day climbing up a mountain and rolling back down it! Join your friendly, local asthmatic on this slow-climb, social-paced, intermediate to advanced Ladies ride at Raging River! We'll climb Upward Mobility and Raging Ridge up to the start of Canyon Creek Downhill. It takes me well over an hour of ride time (not counting breaks). We'll take several short breaks to breathe, eat snacks, and for me, definitely lunch. High-performance engines require a lot of fuel. So do inefficient ones. Anyway, we'll ride down CCDH, a spicy blue tech trail with lots of chunky roots, some steep spots, some tight turns, and a few places that include all three.
This is not a clinic, but we can stop and session any tricky spots you want. Just ask me! Recognizing that different people have different comfort levels with speed (both going up and down), we'll stop and regroup at trail intersections and fireroads.
Crank Sisters has a no-drop policy, but be prepared for 3,000 feet of elevation gain. And by the way, total ride time is a wild guess depending on speed and breaks.
