Overview

IMPORTANT: Discover Pass required.

Join me on this social-paced, intermediate ride at Fall Creek in Capitol Forest! Recognizing that different people have different comfort levels with speed (both going up and down), we'll stop and regroup at trail intersections and fireroads. We'll also stop to breathe, chat, and eat snacks / lunch.

This is not a clinic, but we can stop and session any tricky spots you want. Just ask!

Crank Sisters has a no-drop policy.

I plan on camping out for the weekend and have posted a co-ed ride for Sun with fellow ride leader Emily Kang. Please be sure to text me ahead of time if you plan on joining for a night or two of camping which is not part of the rides or covered by Evergreen Liability Insurance.

Ride Leaders Contact Info: Paige (206) 354-1293

IMPORTANT: I have almost no service once I've entered the park so please reach out ahead of time... I'll do my best to check in once I'm out there.

Ride Details

  • We have the following three options or some combination of these;
    • Option 1 (8m): Wedekind Climb (4m green) --> Greenline Tie (1m green) --> Greenline (3m blue DH) - potential for other rides in the afternoon
    • Option 2 (15m): Wedekind Climb (6m green) --> Crestline (4m XC with some punchy ups & downs) --> Greenline (5m blue DH) - likely tucker me out
      • Option 3 (8.5): Bunny ears... Greenline Climb (1.5m green) --> Lower Greenline (2m blue DH) --> Level Up (3m green climb) --> Little Larch (2m blue flow)
