Women's Only Basic Skills Class

This one is for the ladies!

Evergreen’s MTB Foundations level 2 caters to the intermediate rider looking to increase confidence on more technical trails in a fun, supportive, female-only environment. While Foundations Level 1 is a highly recommended prerequisite, experienced students are always welcome to join.

Ages 14+

This class will focus on:

  • Review of body position, balance,  braking and descending
  • Cornering
  • Obstacle Clearance
  • Trail skills including roll downs and berms
  • Approaching jumps and drops
