CANCELLED - Intro to Freeride - Women

This one is for the Ladies!

Want to start pushing the limits of what you can ride? Want to go big on the jumps and carve berms with ease? This women’s class covers the basics of freeride mountain biking and the first step to being a more confident rider when it comes to cornering, speed, and air!

This class will focus on:

• Review balance, body position, braking, descending, and proper drop techniques
• Obstacle clearing/wheel lift
• High speed cornering
• Progressing to bigger drops and jumps (Air time!)
